Description:
This APS401-US electric cupping device uses silicone cups to provide stationary cupping on a focused area. The cup is made of silicon and can be easily vacuumed by pumping on most body skin including shoulder, back, leg, arm and joint area. Each cup has two cavities. The outer annular cavity can be vacuumed up to -52 Kpa. The central round cavity is laid by a wet medical gauze. A positive pressure will be produced inside the cavity when the gauze is heated up. Each device comes with 4 cups and cupping period can be set to 45 minutes long.
Intended Use 1: for physiotherapy
Silicone cups can physically perform cupping on a focused area of a patient’s skin. The skin in the covered area is lifted outwards. When the round wet gauze is heated up (skin temperature bellow 42 degrees Celsius), a positive pressure is built up in the central cavity and pushes the skin inwards. Both negative and positive pressure applied will promote the subcutaneous fluid and capillary flowing. subcutaneous motion will relieve fatigue and pain, relieve or lower the problem in neck, shoulder and back, ease arthritis, improve sleep.
Warm moxibustion provided by the device is another enhancer to reduce stasis and inflammation, relieve pain, promote cell regeneration when apply on proper acupoints. The soft and pliable silicone cups can suck on most body skin.
Intended Use 2: for drug therapy
This Electronic Cupping Device can greatly help to enhance the transdermal drug administration efficiency.
When drug solution applied on the gauze and heated up, the drug vaporizes in the sealed central cavity. The stratum corneum under the cupped skin is prone to be hydrated and loosed after a certain time at a certain temperature, a drug delivery passage is then built up in that constant warmed positive-negative pressure field. The vapored drug molecule will go in quickly. Experiment shows that the transdermal delivery efficiency is greatly enhanced by using Sinofang TTS. This efficiency is much higher than the existing transdermal technology.
Traditional Chinese Medicine features large molecular weight up to 8000. Alarge number of clinic cases proved that Traditional Chinese Medicine can be very well transdemally delivered by Sino Hanfang TTS .
Western medicine features relatively small molecules. Theoretically, they are more easy to be transdemally delivered.
