動力溫控經(jīng)皮給藥治療儀基于TTS核心技術, 2011年進入國家中醫(yī)藥管理局“中醫(yī)診療設備評估選型推薦品目”,是唯一擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的對中藥具有普適性動力的創(chuàng)新性中醫(yī)內(nèi)病外治系統(tǒng)。其在傳承傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)學的經(jīng)絡、穴位、艾灸和中藥穴位給藥的傳統(tǒng)知識的基礎上,經(jīng)過技術創(chuàng)新和知識創(chuàng)新,整合形成了現(xiàn)代化的療效更優(yōu)、標準化程度更高、普及性更強的中藥穴治療系統(tǒng),突破了常規(guī)中藥經(jīng)皮用藥藥物濃度低的局限,通過人體穴位和經(jīng)絡的作用,實現(xiàn)患病部位的靶向用藥治療,大幅提升中藥的給藥效率和治療效能。

==產(chǎn)品適用范圍與功能==

1、適用范圍

產(chǎn)品利用動力溫控作用下的力熱耦合技術原理, 在給藥環(huán)境完全密封的條件下,建立藥物分子從皮膚到靶向穴位或經(jīng)絡的定向通路,實現(xiàn)中醫(yī)穴位定向透藥貼敷治療的目標。

2、主要功能

本產(chǎn)品為中醫(yī)穴位或經(jīng)絡定向透藥工具,醫(yī)療機構(gòu)可配合使用中藥液態(tài)制劑、中藥注射液、西藥注射液等藥物劑型進行藥物定向穴位透藥貼敷治療,從而實現(xiàn)各病種的內(nèi)病外治目標。

3、禁忌癥

饑餓狀態(tài)下不建議患者使用,可能出現(xiàn)低血糖風險;

開放性傷口部位或損傷局部腫脹明顯時禁用;

有深靜脈血栓形成的部位禁用,局部皮炎明顯部位禁用;

皮膚對酒精過敏者禁用;

感冒發(fā)燒期間禁做腎腧穴、肝腧穴、脾腧穴;

近期血壓不穩(wěn),藥物控制不佳或嚴重高血壓(收縮壓≥180mmHg,舒張壓≥110mmHg);

4、慎用人群

血糖未控制在正常范圍內(nèi)的患者慎用,或在醫(yī)師指導下使用;

女性生理期、孕期、哺乳期慎用,或在醫(yī)師指導下使用;

==產(chǎn)品使用方法==

1、 動力溫控經(jīng)皮給藥治療儀操作步驟

開機

取出4套蒸敷盤插入設備前端接口并接通氣管,接通電源,打開治療儀后面的電源開關,此時,治療儀控制面板顯示時間為 45min( 可依據(jù)不同皮膚體質(zhì)和不同環(huán)境條件,觸摸每個通道對應屏幕上的設置按鈕調(diào)整檔位、級別等參數(shù)。)

消毒

用酒精濕巾或消毒濕巾,對蒸敷盤表面進行消毒。

裝填醫(yī)用浸藥膜敷料及藥液

首先打開醫(yī)用浸藥膜敷料的包裝并取出其中一片,將取出的醫(yī)用浸藥膜敷料凸面朝上且中心孔對準蒸敷盤中心柱平鋪在動力給藥腔內(nèi),然后用滴管取2ml藥液滴在醫(yī)用浸藥膜敷料上。

啟動蒸敷盤

1) 用棉球或棉棒蘸取適量溫開水(40°C左右),均勻涂抹在待治療穴位的皮膚上,涂抹區(qū)域大于蒸敷盤覆蓋區(qū)域。

2) 將蒸敷盤置于治療穴位,并按下顯示屏下方與蒸敷盤編號相對應的啟動鍵,設備對應通道開始啟動,并發(fā)出聲響。

3) 用指腹輕輕按壓蒸敷盤環(huán)狀邊沿(禁止按壓蒸敷盤中間區(qū)域),使其緊密貼合治療穴位皮膚,蒸敷盤吸附成功后,時間開始倒計時,該蒸敷盤啟動成功。

4) 其他蒸敷盤依次按此操作。

治療結(jié)束

1) 當治療時間倒計時至00”分鐘時,顯示屏上會出現(xiàn)結(jié)束治療對話框,點擊結(jié)束治療即可。

2) 用食指按下蒸敷盤接觸處皮膚,讓空氣進入蒸敷盤,取下蒸敷盤。

3) 禁止直接扯拽蒸敷盤或者蒸敷盤的導線、探頭等部位,防止損壞蒸敷盤  內(nèi)的精密傳感裝置。

4) 用鑷子取出醫(yī)用浸藥膜敷料,放入醫(yī)療廢物箱中,用酒精濕巾或消毒濕巾潔消毒蒸敷盤。

5) 關閉電源,拔掉網(wǎng)電源插頭,依次取下四個蒸敷盤,將蒸敷盤及導線放置在治療儀的收納袋中。

2、治療儀參數(shù)設定和調(diào)節(jié)

治療儀內(nèi)置智能全自動控制系統(tǒng),治療溫度、治療時間、給藥動力等相關治療參數(shù)均為默認值,一鍵啟動治療后,可依據(jù)不同皮膚體質(zhì)和不同環(huán)境條件實現(xiàn)治療過程的智能化和全自動化。

 

根據(jù)患者實際治療需要可手動設定和調(diào)整相關的治療參數(shù)

 

給藥動力設定:蒸敷盤啟動前觸摸對應屏幕上的設置圖標可設定對應蒸敷盤的給藥動力,分為3個級別:減弱、正常、加強(默認檔位為正常)。治療開始后需先暫停該蒸敷盤之后進行參數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)。

加熱級別的設定:按上述第2項操作設置給藥動力后可繼續(xù)設置相應的加熱級別,如不設置系統(tǒng)會自動根據(jù)給藥動力和溫度進行調(diào)整。治療開始后需先暫停該蒸敷盤之后進行參數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)。

備注:上述第2、3項治療開始10分鐘后不能提升檔位和提高加熱級別,只能降低。

3、注意事項 

請您詳細向醫(yī)療機構(gòu)告知您的既往史、現(xiàn)病史及用藥史,由醫(yī)療機構(gòu)醫(yī)生來判斷您是否適合本產(chǎn)品。

選擇相對平坦的位置放置蒸敷盤,不要選擇關節(jié)相對位移的部位或者凹凸不平的部位。

慎在上臂內(nèi)側(cè)、大腿內(nèi)側(cè)、小腿后面、腹部等皮膚比較松軟的部位治療。

初次使用的患者,需要密切關注患者治療到5分鐘、10分鐘、15分鐘時治療穴位是否有刺痛感,如有刺痛感請及時調(diào)低給藥動力檔位或者溫度。

手動調(diào)節(jié)治療溫度后,蒸敷盤的溫度需要5分鐘左右才能達到穩(wěn)定溫度,切忌頻繁調(diào)節(jié)。手動調(diào)節(jié)蒸敷盤的溫度,系統(tǒng)自動將本次治療的狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榘胱詣涌刂?,治療溫度參?shù)需手動調(diào)節(jié)和控制。

蒸敷盤治療超過10分鐘后,只能降低治療溫度,禁止增加治療溫度。

不同治療穴位使用的藥液可能不同,務必要注意區(qū)分,避免混淆從而影響治療效果。

請使用配合動力溫控經(jīng)皮給藥治療儀專用的醫(yī)用浸藥膜敷料作為藥物載體,醫(yī)用浸藥膜敷料為一次性專用,禁止二次使用。

治療結(jié)束后,注意及時清潔治療部位皮膚,避免多余藥液污染衣物。

注意治療部位的防風和保暖;治療結(jié)束后,可以洗澡,但禁止用力搓洗治療部位皮膚。

?蒸敷盤為耗材,標配ZP222-A102型通用型蒸敷盤用壽命大約二百四十次,專

用型蒸敷盤專供需要單獨使用的個人用戶,在使用壽命結(jié)束后可以返廠處理或

更換。

?設備在使用中如出現(xiàn)故障無法正常進行治療,建議進行返廠維修,若保修期過,我公司可以提供維修服務及合格技術人員修理的必須資料。

?產(chǎn)品在使用壽命到期并喪失效能,性能嚴重落后不能滿足當時需求、由于各種原因造成損壞且無法修理或無修理價值的產(chǎn)品可申請辦理報廢手續(xù),經(jīng)批準報廢的產(chǎn)品使用單位和個人不得自行處理,一律交回產(chǎn)品主管部門統(tǒng)一處理。

?本產(chǎn)品應用部分是蒸敷盤。

?設備距離墻體不小于10cm,儀器使用完畢請斷開電源開關,并拔掉網(wǎng)電源插頭。

?操作者距離設備應小于50cm進行操作,使用者距離設備應小于150cm治療。

==電磁兼容性信息==

1、 治療儀在安裝使用中應根據(jù)本附錄中電磁兼容信息進行安裝使用。

2、 必須使用由本公司提供的連接電纜及開關,本設備所使用的電源線已通過“CCC”認證。

3、 警示:除本公司提供的連接電纜及開關外,使用其它的廠家附件可能導致發(fā)射的增加或抗擾度的降低。

4、 保證(APS401)(動力溫控經(jīng)皮給藥治療儀)能夠正常使用且保證其發(fā)射不被增加和抗擾度不被降低,請選用本公司提供的連接電纜及相關附件。

5、 對規(guī)定外的附件、換能器或電纜與(APS401)(動力溫控經(jīng)皮給藥治療儀)一起使用,可能導致設備或系統(tǒng)發(fā)射的增加或抗擾度的降低。

6、 APS401)(動力溫控經(jīng)皮給藥治療儀)不應該與其工作頻率相同或相近的其它設備疊放使用,如果必須疊放使用,則應觀察驗證在其使用的配置下能正常運行。

產(chǎn)品維護和保養(yǎng)方法

蒸敷盤若有臟污,請用用酒精濕巾或消毒濕巾,對蒸敷盤進行清潔消毒;不可使勁捏擠蒸敷盤中心凸臺部分;不可浸泡、水煮或高溫處理;

蒸敷盤長期不使用可能會造成藥物凝固從而堵塞管路??捎米⑸淦魑?/span>80℃左右熱水,然后將注射器插入蒸敷盤氣路管路里面,推壓注射器讓熱水慢慢流入蒸敷盤管路融化分解干澀的藥物。干澀的藥物融化分解后會緩慢從蒸敷盤負壓孔流出,反復沖洗2~3次至蒸敷盤負壓孔沖洗出來的水色清澈為止。

 如發(fā)生故障,由我廠專業(yè)人士進行維修服務,任何人員請不要擅自拆開設備。

應存放于通風良好的室內(nèi),貯存溫度5℃ ~ 40℃,貯存濕度≤80%。

長時間不使用本儀器時,應拔下電源插頭,并用軟布或塑料紙覆蓋儀器以防止灰塵進入。

運輸攜帶中應妥為包裝、防震、防潮。
